Volumetric Capture of Cristiano Ronaldo for Free Fire
Cristiano Ronaldo joining Free Fire as a playable character meant one of the most recognised faces on the planet needed a digital likeness good enough to match. We provided the volumetric capture and 3D digitisation behind it.
Using a synchronised multi-camera array, we recorded Ronaldo from every angle at once, building the full volumetric dataset a game-ready character needs… accurate geometry, surface texture and movement data, not an approximation dressed up to look close enough. Getting an athlete’s likeness wrong is the kind of mistake a global audience notices instantly.
We processed and optimised everything to Free Fire’s character pipeline spec: polygon-optimised meshes, high-resolution texture maps and expression data, delivered ready for both in-game performance and the promotional content built around the collaboration.
